I was thinking today about photography, and film and process all that junk, and wondered..why cant you rent a darkroom? or have public darkrooms where you pay to use them, it seems death of the film is upon us, as digital photography has become the way of the future, I read an article about a syndey darkroom closing its doors because of lack of customers, they had 23 darkrooms in which i rented by the hour. Perfect for people who cant afford to buy their own equiptment and set up their own...I feel saddned by the fact that the old fashioned photographers of this world, cant even rent a darkroom to explore film experimentation. Maybe ill find an alternative to my sudden desire to use film and not pixels...but for now ill just be sad.
